Terms and Conditions for Triune Knowledge Certifications Courses

  1. Enrolment and Registration:

    • Enrolment in courses is subject to availability. Registration must be completed through our official website or authorized registration channels.
    • Participants are required to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  2. Course Fees and Payment:

    • Course fees are detailed on our website and may vary depending on the course and delivery format (online, in-person, or blended).
    • Full payment must be received before the course starts unless otherwise specified. Payment options include credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
  3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 working days before the course start date to qualify for a full refund. Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 14 days before the course begins.
    • No charge for rescheduling requests received 14 working days or more in advance.
    • A 10% registration fee will be charged for rescheduling requests received within 14 working days. Please note that rescheduling is subject to seat availability.
    • Triune Knowledge Certifications reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative course date.
  4. Course Materials and Access:

    • Course materials, including digital resources, textbooks, and access to online platforms, are provided as part of the course fee. Materials remain the property of Triune Knowledge Certifications and must not be reproduced or shared without permission.
    • Access to course materials and online platforms is granted for the duration of the course and, in some cases, may include a limited period post-course for review purposes.
  5. Attendance and Participation:

    • Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively engage in course activities. Absences may impact the participant’s ability to complete the course requirements.
    • For online courses, participants must adhere to login and participation guidelines provided by the course instructor.
  6. Intellectual Property:

    • All course content, including materials and recordings, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or distribution of course content is prohibited.
    • Participants may not record, reproduce, or distribute any course materials without prior written consent from Triune Knowledge Certifications.
  7. Code of Conduct:

    • Participants must adhere to a professional code of conduct during the course. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.
    • Respectful communication and collaboration are expected among participants and instructors.
  8. Data Protection and Privacy:

    • Personal data collected during registration and course participation will be handled in accordance with Triune Knowledge Certifications’ privacy policy. Data will be used solely for course administration and communication purposes.
  9. Dispute Resolution:

    • Any disputes or complaints regarding the course must be submitted in writing to our support team. Triune Knowledge Certifications will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
  10. Acceptance of Terms:

  • By enrolling in a course, participants agree to these terms and conditions. Triune Knowledge Certifications reserves the right to amend these terms at its discretion, with changes communicated to participants.
