Reschedule policy

If Triune Knowledge reschedules a training session, you will be provided with alternative dates. If these new dates do not work for you, you may be eligible for a 90% refund, with a 10% deduction for administrative costs. Alternatively, you can choose a future class that suits your availability, whether at the same location for in-person training or by selecting a new date for online sessions. Additionally, you have the option to send a replacement attendee if you are unable to attend.

Rescheduling requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • No Fee: For rescheduling requests received 15 or more working days before the original date.
  • 10% Fee: For requests made within 15 working days of the original date. Rescheduling is dependent on seat availability.
  • No Rescheduling: For requests within 7 working days or less of the scheduled date. In such cases, you may substitute an attendee (if available) or choose a different session, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date.

Please note that once course materials are downloaded, no refunds will be provided for participant-initiated cancellations.
