Refund Policy

Course Materials and Access: Course materials, including digital resources, textbooks, and access to online platforms, are provided as part of the course fee. Materials remain the property of Triune Knowledge Certifications and must not be reproduced or shared without permission. Access to course materials and online platforms is granted for the duration of the course and, in some cases, may include a limited period post-course for review purposes.

Refund Requests: To request a refund, adhere to the procedure outlined in our Refund Policy. This usually involves contacting our support team and providing necessary details, such as the reason for the refund and any required documentation.

Refund Processing: Upon receipt and review of your refund request, our team will evaluate your eligibility based on our Refund Policy. If approved, the refund will be processed according to our timelines and the original payment method used.

Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees related to your purchase, such as administrative or test/membership fees, may not be refundable. Refer to our Refund Policy for information on specific non-refundable fees.

Online Self-Learning Courseware: If a participant opts to cancel their subscription within 24 hours of registration and has not accessed or downloaded any of the recorded sessions or course materials, a 15% administration fee will be deducted from the total fee. Cancellations made after 24 hours from the registration date will not be eligible for a refund. Furthermore, once any course materials have been downloaded, cancellations will not be refunded.

In-Person Classroom Training:

  • Cancellation by Participant: If a participant decides to cancel their registration for an in-person classroom training, the following refund conditions apply:
    • Cancellation 14 or More Days Before the Course: Participants are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
    • Cancellation Within 7 Days of the Course: No refund will be provided. However, participants may substitute another attendee or transfer to a future session, subject to availability and a 10% rescheduling fee.
  • Cancellation by Triune Knowledge: If Triune Knowledge needs to cancel or reschedule a training session:
    • Participants will be offered alternative dates if the new dates are unsuitable.
    • If a refund is requested, a 90% refund will be issued, with a 10% deduction for administrative fees.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Any fees associated with registration, including administrative charges or materials fees, are non-refundable once the participant has accessed course materials or attended any part of the training.

Virtual Online Class:

  • Cancellation by Participant: If a participant wishes to cancel their registration for a virtual online class, the following refund conditions apply:
    • Cancellation Within 14 Days of Registration: If no course materials or recorded sessions have been accessed or downloaded, a full refund will be issued, minus a 10% administrative fee.
    • Cancellation After 14 Days of Registration: No refund will be provided if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours after registration, regardless of whether materials have been accessed.
    • After Accessing Course Materials: Once any course materials or recorded sessions have been accessed or downloaded, no refunds will be granted for cancellations.
  • Cancellation by Triune Knowledge: If Triune Knowledge needs to cancel or reschedule a virtual online class:
    • Participants will be provided with alternative dates or a full refund if the new dates are not suitable.
    • A 90% refund will be issued if a refund is requested, with a 10% deduction for administrative fees.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Any fees related to registration, including administrative and materials fees, are non-refundable once access to course materials or recorded sessions has been granted.
